Grilled corn is simple and delicious. Leave corn in the husks and place over heat until the outside is charred and the inside is steamed – about 10 minutes. Turn a few times during this period to ensure even cooking. Pull back the husks and place corn back on the grill for a few minutes to char the kernels a bit. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and a bit of smoky paprika.
