Grilled Corn on the Cob

Delicious Grilled Mexican CornGrilled corn is simple and delicious. Leave corn in the husks and place over heat until the outside is charred and the inside is steamed – about 10 minutes. Turn a few times during this period to ensure even cooking. Pull back the husks and place corn back on the grill for a few minutes to char the kernels a bit. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and a bit of smoky paprika.
