    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch x 3-inch pieces
    3 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/4 cup onion, minced
    2 Tbsps. olive oil
    2 Tbsps. honey
    2 Tbsps. water
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
